Zhaoqing International Technology and Innovation Centre (Zone B) is planned to be developed into residential properties, including residential area for future staff of the technology and innovation centre. It occupies a site area of approximately 44,816 sq.m. and has a planned aggregate GFA of approximately 116,522 sq.m..
